Creating a ServiceNow Connection

  1. Navigate to ServiceNow integrations by clicking the ServiceNow link on the integrations page

  2. Begin creating a BluBracket ServiceNow connection by clicking the + CONNECTION button

  3. Enter a unique name for the connection

  4. Enter the username of a ServiceNow user with access to the desired account

  5. Enter the password for the username in step 4

  6. Enter the base URL of the account

  7. Click TEST & SAVE.

Now you’re ready to create subscriptions for this connection and start seeing BluBracket tickets in ServiceNow.
